1st weigh in

So, I cannot hide my dissapointment in only losing 1 pound this week. Everyone who has talked to me is super supportive about it. They are here to remind me that I have been on the road to weight loss for 5 months now so, I am not going to be losing huge amounts this week. Slow and steady wins the race.

Four days down

Four days into the competition and everything is going good. I have been to the gym every day so far and have thrown in a couple of extra workouts at home with a video that really makes me work. I am hoping to be down at least 5 lbs this week and losing a total of at least 50lbs during the competition.
