Finish strong
I am trying my best to finish this contest strong. Monday, Tuesday and Today I have worked out at least 2 hours each day burning at least 1400 cals each day. That is the most I have burned ever. I am happy the nice weather is back and I can ride my bike again. I am going to miss weighing in each week. It will be very interesting to find out how everyone does once the contest is over. Without the pressure of everyone knowing how much you lose each week.

Worry
Weigh in tonight. I really wanted 4-5 lbs this week but, I do not think I reached it. Very frustrating.

Wooo Hooo!!
I lost 3.8 lbs at the last weigh in. That is the highest amount I have posted in one week and it gets me over the 10 lbs lost hump. Not many weeks left but, hopefully I will keep up the great weigh ins. I would still love to lose over 20 lbs during this competition.

Ouch!!!!
Saturday morning I was in group power class. We were working on our back and legs. I had about 70 lbs on the bar, I went down for my first squat and OUCH!! I did something to my lower back. This morning it was really stiff and sore. I am hoping it gets better soon so I can get back info my strenght training.

Bike Ride
Tonight I went for a bike ride. It has been 18 years since I rode a petal bike for any significant amount of time. My trip lasted for 30 minutes and I went 4 miles. I hope to get up to doing 1 hour rides.

MMA fighters
Tonight I had the honor of working out with some of the best MMA fighters in the state of Wisconsin. They were very supportive and gave us lots of fun tips on nutrition. I loved tonight's workout so much that I am going again tomorrow.

sick
I am sick with a nasty cold. I have not been able to go to the gym but, I also have no appitite. Hopefully the two will even out and I will not gain weight this week. I just want to be better and get back to my regular routine. I have to be at 100% for March 10th. I am super pumped for the workout on Wednesday.
